Step #1 - Please call us at 1-248-524-6300.
Step #3 - We will issue you an RMA number and a shipper to return your product(s).
Step #4 - Send the product(s) back to us within 30 days from purchase (include a copy of your receipt), and we’ll send you a replacement.
Product(s) found to be misused, abused, or altered will not be replaced.
